1, Tell us by e-mail, fax or phone: your name, sex, nationality, passport number, members in your party, boat name, date & port of departure, alternative ship and date if cabin booked out.

2, We will make confirmation above to you as soon as possible.

3, You make confirmation and transfers the cost (payment) to account of our Corp. And your transfers must reached into our account 30days before cruise departure, or we have right to adjust your reservation of cruise; And your transfers must reached into our account before your boarding, or we have right to stop any service.

4, If you make arrangement as earlier as 90days in advance, then you can make transfers of 100USD/person to our account as deposit for cruise reservation, and this deposit (100USD) could not refund in any case if you cancel your travel.

5, Then we will e-mail you some detailed information such as wharf, boarding time, emergency phone in both English and Chinese (if booked cruise only, and travel without guide service).

6, Pre-boarding, some cruises need payment extra (15-30USD).

7, Boarding boat with your passport usually.

8, Some ship will be discounted to the best price for promotion, just mail us for it. 

9, Visa arranged by yourself, in general it is very easy to apply the visa. If necessary, we can do a invitation letter for you, but before invitation letter to you,  we must make out the schedule and cost, as well as deposit made to us. Anyway we can't guarantee it!

10, In our quotation does not included the International flight, and the international flight by yourself..

1, Cruise rate are quoted in USD, subjected to our confirmation. This fare (rate) included meals on board and shore excursion cost. The rate exclude personal expenses such as drinks, hairdressing and barbering, clinic, massage and shopping.

2, Children aged 2-12 are to be charged only half of the cruise rate (an additional bed is added).

3, The standard room is double occupancy. Ticket prices (rate) are quoted on a per bed basis. If a single passenger requests a double room alone, an additional charge of 75% of the rate shall be added.

4, If the valid reservation is cancelled by your reason, then there cancellation fee on your side..

5, In case the cruise fail to set sail due to machinery breakdown, and act of God or other causes beyond our control, the Cruise Company will be responsible for substituting a ship of similar class or a common passenger liner. Any fare different will be refunded to passengers depending on what liner to be substituted.

6, In the sailing schedule, the arrival time of the cruise liner is only an estimated one. So, passenger should have enough time for transfer in case of missing the plane or train.
